My server runs a NAS in a VM which has the SATA controller passed to it. This worked great in 7.x but after upgrading to 8.x im starting to see errors.
I can reboot and reconnect and everything is good, then it drops out again. Not sure why this would happen but I wonder if the host is contesting the passthrough. When I used to use XCP-NG, I would hide the PCIe device from the host, but I'm not sure if this is optional or necessary with proxmox.
The error is a COMRESET failed 16. I also saw a 32 previously
