I searched and cant seem to find the obvious answer to this:

The instructions are go to summary tab, and there will be the # of cpu sockets listed

Nothing reads "sockets" that I can find, where do I look?

I have a N100 machine that is a BGA (no physical CPU sockets) but it is a quad core.
Does this mean to subscribe at any level I need to purchase 4 subscriptions? or is this meaning one physical CPU?

btw, a google search returns

The Intel Processor N100 has zero conventional CPU sockets. It is a BGA (Ball Grid Array) processor designed to be soldered directly onto the motherboard, typically using the FCBGA1264 package. It is a single-socketed processor on ultra-low-power boards.

  • Socket Type: BGA1264 (soldered/surface-mounted).
  • Processor Configuration: 1 CPU socket (direct-soldered).
  • Core Count: 4 (Quad-core).

It is not a socketed CPU that can be upgraded or removed.

Thanks for the help folks!

Go to the Summary of the node, not of the Datacenter (but one below it), as the support subscription is per node/system. Your CPU/platform only supports single socket (even if it is not removable), which means a single support subscription. Where did you find the instructions? Maybe someone can make them more clear.
