Safely Remove Hardware

After having installed a Win2003 KVM quite a lot of devices are showing up as removable:

Intel PCI to ISA bridge
PCI Standard RAM Controller
VirtIO SCSI controller - Drive C:
VirtIO Ethernet Adapter
Cirrus logic VGA adapter

This doesn't make much sense. Any chance to disable this behaviour and prevent them from being shown as removable?
 
i know this is old, i had the same.
this is not an error for me, in the bios of my server the PCI is set to hot swapable.
