Ryzen amd-pstate driver with powersave cause cpu stuck at min clock speed

Specs: 5600G + MSI B550M Mortar WIFI

When i using amd_pstate=guided or amd_pstate=passive with all cores scaling_governor=powersave, the system clock will stuck at 400Mhz


But once I turn cpu1 scaling_governor to ondemand, it can boost to 4.4GHz

Cpu clock speed just stuck at 400MHz even vm cpu 400% load

You are right; my 5950X does turbo with powersave and amd_pstate=guided (just not a high as with schedutil). What kernel version are you running (uanme -a)?

This is a weird problem. I turn cpu0 to ondemand not work, but turn cpu1 to ondemand cpu clock boost can work

Are all (both?) CPPC settings in the motherboard enabled? That was required for it to work here.
