running dnsmasq in a lxc

So I can set the dns for a lxc from pve menu in order to run dnsmasq in a ct.

the issue i have is that rsync to the lxc is 10x slower then when i use dns host settings.

are there some control features to be set from cli for the lxc? I'll search and try to update this.
