tmpfs 13G 0 13G 0% /run/user/0

And what did you store on this device?
What are your proxmox ve settings for the system?
Where did you put backup and tmp files?

36K ./tmp

4.0K ./mnt
5.0M ./etc
619G ./var
1.4M ./run
4.0K ./srv
8.0K ./media
0 ./sys

redo the command in /var were you use 619GB
with this you can find the directory use more data.
if you dont have the disk full you can install ncdu
for esperience you issue is from /var/log or /var/lib/vz
if you do the backup on the same server you use all the space in /var/lib/vz/dump

you see the command and the space, witch will be used by your proxmox ve setup in /var/lib/vz.
you can delete backup files and look for "big" files under /var/tmp.

this is the content of /var/tmp
root@pve01 /var/tmp # ls -la

My whole /var folder isn't even 50GB big!
What do you have in the ./lib folder with 530GB??
Edit: Maybe /var/lib/vz/dump is that big?
