Hi,I've just released a blogposting (https://www.tuxis.nl/blog/techniek/rolling-back-ups-van-vms-met-proxmox/) to release a script that provides Rolling Backups for Proxmox VMs. The posting is in Dutch, but it's quite ok when translated by Google Translate. pmbr, as I've called the script, will create backups via Proxmox' vzdump-script, but only if it's not too late at the day (to avoid load on production storage) and only if the backup is older than you said in the commandline (--maxage, which defaults to one week). It will automatically detect a storagepool if the storagepool is configured to hold only backups. It does not interfere with anything else. Proxmox' settings for how much backups may exist for a machine are honoured, as everything uses the standard Proxmox tooling.Let me know what you think (or just download the script via https://www.tuxis.nl/public-hg/hgweb.cgi/Tuxis Misc/file/tip/proxmox/pmrb.
