Rollback kernel version

Hello guys, how would i go about changing my kernel version back to 5.4.27-1?

apt install pve-kernel-5.4.27-1-pve, select it on boot as newer ones are preferred else

I've installed it, but where do change it on boot?

Straightforwards is to select it on boot, for GRUB this looks like:

systemd-boot on UEFI should be self explanatory.
Alternatively you can pre-edit the next boot in the GRUB config, there are various tutorials on the net for that.
