Reverse proxy HTTPS & CT

Hi,
I use a CT for reverse proxy with Nginx.
I install https on it with my letsencrypr certificates.
I 've on CMS : Medusa is in their own CT.
Since I activate HTTPS I can access to Medusa.
How use reverse proxy with it?

Other service and reverse proxy works (except rutorrent).
