I have Proxmox running on a miniPC. It has 2 things running. 100 is Home Assistant. 200 is Frigate.
I have it setup to use storage from a different server running TrueNAS.
Once all of it is running, it runs great. What I have found is if I have a power outage, 200 (Frigate) fails to restart. I am almost 100% certain it is because it starts quicker than the TrueNAS server. Usually I notice it not running a day or two later and just have to log into Promox to hit start.
One fix would be to put a delay on 100 so 200 doesn't try to start right away. Maybe the storage will be up and running in time. I don't think it would be a long delay.
Is there a way to check for the storage before starting 200?
Is there a way to make 200 retry x amount of times before giving up? Best I can tell it only tries once and stops.
Is there a way to send a command via Home Assistant or TrueNAS to tell 200 to start?
