Restrict VMID usage

Alright, so I've got a whole complex network setup here that would take hours to explain but I just need one simple solution to solve my hundreds of problems with this.

How can I restrict VMID usage, like only allow a VM to be assigned ID's 200-299 instead of 100 and up. Weird question but it'll make my life great.

there is no way to restrict the VMID it takes always the first free VMID starting from 100
