Restoring backup issue - Error 400

Trying to setup a promox demonstration to show how quickly a proxmox VMs can be restored from just the VZDump and a bare box but having an issue with getting the backups onto the server.

Error 400: Parameter verification failed.

[B]content[/B]: upload content type 'backup' not allowed

fresh proxmox 3.3 install - local drive set to allow VZDump files and 5 backups.

any suggestions?

I manually uploaded the file using psftp to /var/bin/vz/dump/ but i would be interested to find out why i cannot upload through the WebGUI
