Restore pve backup from pve backup repository

Hi, so... my physical pve host died.
I do not use PBS to do backups but i use the integrated backup feature. Now: backups are stored on a nas and i was wondering if there's any chance to restore from that a vm on the new host without using PBS.
Any clues? Thank you!

So you made backups of your VMs on a CIFS/NFS share? In short: yes, you can restore them. Add the NAS share to your PVE storage (select Backups as type). After that it should present the list of backups which you can restore.
