restore lxc backup does not work

Hi all, i would restore a lxc backup, but get error: Permission check failed (/vms/4136, VM.Config.Options) (403)
i can create backups but not restore. user have pvevmuser rights and have access to group @users and @users is datastoreuser right on local storage
installed is version
4.2-15/6669ad2c
Linux 4.2.2.1-pve
what can i do here?

You restore to a new vmid, or restore an existing container?

Please can you also post the configuration of the container you want to restore?

# pvesm extractconfig <backup-volume>

hi, the container exist and is offline, bevore i restore the backup. following comes with you command:

pvesm extractconfig vzdump-lxc-4136-2016_07_15-12_59_40.tar.gz
cannot determine backup guest type for backup archive 'vzdump-lxc-4136-2016_07_15-12_59_40.tar.gz'

if i click online show config button:

I guess you need to have pvevmadmin rights.

Please can you open a bug report at bugzilla.proxmox.com? I guess we can make that work (only check permission if the restore changes options).
