Could it be a directory permission issue?

so after a reinstall it seems to work? at least there are no 'skipping' messages anymore

The problem is still the same, after reinstalling I still can't restore the backups.
I tried a command line restore, but the result is the same.

the log said it was restored? what is the content of the datastore 'datastorebackup' now?
EDIT: also what is your version now? (proxmox-backup-manager versions --verbose)

Why there is written when restoring "restored 0 B" ?

EDIT :

I'm sorry, I just found my backup:

if chunks already exist on disk, they don't have to be written again and are not counted, the important info in the log here is : 'registered X chunks'
