Hi All,
I have already worked out the issue, but thought I would post in case anyone else has this issue as I didn't see any similar post.
I was just trying to resize a disk (nice feature) on a VM in proxmox 2.3. The disk is qcow format.
I was getting this error:
qmp command 'block_resize' failed - this feature or command is not currently supported (500)
I worked out what the problem was.. I had previously taken snapshots (another nice feature). It makes some sense but the error message was confusing.
I had to remove all of the snapshots before I could resize the disk, then it worked perfectly.
