request : list/overview virtio ISO's and Windows versions

Has anyone got a list which virtio ISO's correspond with individual Windows releases??

for example (not saying these are correct) :
Windows 7/Server2008r2 = virtio-win-0.1.137.iso
Windows 8/Server2012 = virtio-win-0.1.173.9.iso
etc
etc

virtio is not provided nor developed by Proxmox, so please see the upstream project for help on this.
