Replace faulted disk in RAID-Z1

Hello all,

Last week I had a power outage and my server restarted. Everything seemed ok, I have 3 VM's running on it:

• Ubuntu (docker, smart home stuff)
• HassOS
• Expenology 6.2.3

But day after I wanted to log in on my Expenology and after doing so, I noticed it had no volumes anymore... I thought it was something with this VM but today I saw after logging into Proxmox CLI, one drive gave errors.
Something like: blk_update_request: I/O error, dev sdc, sector . So, it seems my dev/sdc died. Given, it was an old disk.

The setup I got running in RAID-Z1 is:

1. dev/sda = WD 4TB
2. dev/sdb = WD 4TB
3. dev/sdc = Seagate 4TB (failed)

How can I replace this disk without losing any data? All solutions I find are about recovering the raid and backing up the data externally. I just want to replace the faulted disk and reconstruct my raid. Never did this before, as I did not expected it to happen (yeah I know).

Any help? Thanks!
*PS: new 4TB has been ordered, server is turned off for now to not spoil the other disks.

It helped, thanks! The broken disk has been replaced, the pool has been resilvered and scrubbed. But the outcome is still the same on my Expenology VM. I don't know how to restore that tbh. It boots, I can login but there are storage pools and no volumes.
Anybody has some pointers there to do? Already explained my problem here as well, but no responses yet (and don't expect any because that forum is pretty much silent...).
