Removed cluster node before removing all VMs

Hello...

I know ... I didn't read. I removed a cluster node before removing / deleting the VM off that node, shut it down, and removed it from the network. Now my cluster manager still shows it. pvecm nodes shows a status of X. Just to be clear, I have read on another post that all I should need to do is restart the hosts in the cluster ... if this correct, no problem. But is there anything else I need to do?

It is unclear to me what you want to do? Is the cluster quorate? Doe you want to remove a VM or a complete node?

What I wanted to do was to remove a node (jazz) from the cluster. But before issuing the "pvecm delnode jazz" I didnt remove the VM on jazz. Now the cluster still shows jazz and the VM 100 that was on it. How do I remove "jazz" from the cluster so it doesnt show up in the GUI? If I try to do anything it says "unable to get IP node offline?"

Perhaps I should have dug around a bit before complaining

I found that if I just del the dir "jazz" from /etc/pve/nodes that it is now gone in the cluster manager. Can you confirm if this is ok to do? I have look at all the other files and can find no more reference to "jazz" and the cluster.conf file only contains my two active nodes.
