remove VM over the Console

hi,

i can remove the VM over the Web-Interface but i want it to remove it over the Console. I need the command line to do that, because iam trying to write a shellscript, which make an Backup, delete(remove) older VMs, and register new VM in Proxmox automatically.

what kind on VM (KVM or OpenVZ)?

ohh sry, forgot to tell. Its KVM.
