Remove SDN package

Removing libpve-network-perl would be safe? I tried the feature but for the time being it don't need it.

Hi,

yes, it's safe if you do not rely on any of its functionality (iow., removed all zones/vnets/... SDN specific configurations).
FWIW, it doesn't have a big impact if keeping around though.
