Has someone used this feature and can share his experience regarding usage/workflow?

Has someone used this feature and can share his experience regarding usage/workflow?
- Is it possible to get a complete "full backup" on disk from specific vms every day?
- So customers mounts his usb-disk (removable datastore) and wants to start a "full-backup"
- means with this single usb-disk customer would be able to perform a complete recovery of specific vms?
- if not, how can someone use removable datastores as a additional copy for backups?
- can this be archieved with a local sync job and "sync last: 1" ?
- Im interesed in your usecases as well, so feel free to share them.
