Hello Everyone,

I recently installed Proxmox and would like to access with web interface remotely. I have already setup port forwarding of TCP/UDP for port:8006. I've been reading that I may have to enable/disable firewall features to get outside access but what I'm really needing to know is how to access the web interface outside my network. I can access the web interface within my network just fine by entering https://myipaddress:8006 but how would I enter my router ip address and my PC ip address in the same url. Would it be something like... https://73.31.223.154;10.0.0.19:8006 (not my real address btw) or what? I have a feeling I'm going to be told to use ssh or a vpn which I don't want to do unless I can access the web interface through ssh or vpn...doubtful..anyway, Thank you in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe just me, but I think I’d rather set up a VPN than expose a web address to the outside? Only reason I can think of to expose just the Proxmox IP would be if it’s a PM install at a customer where they don’t want remote support people exploring their internal network. If it’s just for your home, you have access to all that already…
