Regex exclude specific domain extension

Dear,

in three days, my domain got spammer from various domain (.ru .cn .com.ph .co.jp, etc ). I want to block all domain but whitelist specific domain like .com / .co.id

I've already searched and tried every regex and still no valid solution.

Please help me
 
Create a whitelist and blacklist domain list. Put allow whitelist in higher priority to blacklist in the mail filter rules.
