RegEx Error

Hello Guys ,
I have some error in Match field regex
I try to put role to prevent phishing like this :

And I get this as an error ...

What am I doing wrong here ,

My guess is that one of the characters you input is a look-alike, but not the plain ascii one
(I'd consider '<' and '@' as likely culprits)
-> Try typing in the value
