Before upgrading to version 8.3, there was a target node and target storage option for migrating virtual machines. However, after upgrading to version 8.3, only the target node option is available, and virtual machine disks stored in the directory cannot be migrated across nodes using the migration virtual machine tool.
 
But I just looked at my other clusters and found that some clusters with the same version have this feature. Do they have it? Why is that?
