Recover proxmox data from external drive after reinstallation

Hi
I probably made a mistake... I reinstalled Proxmox and I would like to remount the USB disks on which I saved VMs and other LXC
I don't know if I can recover the data. If so can you explain to me how to do it?

I also have an internal ssd which I have data on. Can I also recover this data without mounting the disks by formatting them and losing everything

Normally yes and yes. What's the output of "lsblk" and "blkid" ?

Hi Waltar,
Finally I reinstalled proxmox. I was able to recover the backups of my VMs and containers and restore them.
