Recover proxmox container or recover container files

Hi, sorry about my english, not speak very fluent yet. I'm new using proxmox 3.3, recently I tried to add a second hdd, but in the process I format the partition containing grub, so I need: 1. Recover grub and get everything working ok like before OR: 2. Recover container files using live cd or anything ? Can someone please help me ?

If only the grub part is destroyt, this cd will restore the grub and your installation will work again without any problems.
