Recommended tuned-adm profile for proxmox nodes

I'm not familiar with tuned - so take this with a grain of salt - but from a quick search online it seems to be a tool that tweaks several properties of devices and the system for "performance" vs. "power-saving" .
If you do not actively need it - I would suggest to simply not use it
else it probably depends on your use-case and your trade-off between power-consumption and peformance in your environment.
I would probably make sure that the NICs do not get tuned down to 10Mbit - since this will cause terrible performance.
If in doubt I'd say - opt for less tweaking and tuning unless you need it!
