Hello hello experts of the proxmox world!
I am on 8.3.5 with kernel 6.8.12-9-pve using a WP-UT5 5gbe adapter connected a USB 3.2 Type C port to get better connection than the 1Gbe port on my laptop (turned server) has. The issue is when I try to install the driver it shows as installed but there is no network connection and upon reboot the generic driver is running. I followed a post from @sunseeker2k5 that had a similar issue but unlike their situation my syslink seems to be correct.
