Reactivating the license

Good afternoon. We have 2 PNG (2 Community level).

PMG #1-activated in January on version 5.x, activated without any problems. At the end of January, a new PMG version 6.x was installed (i.e. the old one was not updated, but simply installed a new one). Now this new PMG cannot be activated with the same key, writes an error. In the attachment. How do I remove the old activation (since the old PMG has been deleted) and activate it on the new one?

PMG #2 is new and activated without problems.
