Rate limiting in PMG in 2022 ?

How do you manage rate limiting in PMG in 2022 ?

People seems to use postfwd (https://github.com/postfwd/postfwd) but the project did not get any commit in 2 years so it seems a bit dead.

Any active project to replace that ?
