hello,

I noticed that Proxmox 4.0 has been released. So I ran apt-get upgrade (do I need to run apt-get dist-upgrade instead?) and pvedaemon failed to reload.

I can't paste the actual error because I keep running into:

The following errors occurred with your submission

  • You are not allowed to post any kinds of links, images or videos until you post a few times.

?

Here's what I could get through your forum software parsing:

Code:
Bareword "PVE::Tools::CLONE_NEWNS" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/VZDump/LXC.pm line 158.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/VZDump.pm line 181.
no such method 'PVE::Service::pvedaemon::run_cli_handler'

Regards, Thank you

Now the box is broken. My CT's won't shutdown, won't start, because pvedaemon will not start because of the error above

Interesting, nothing was listed in the PVE 4.0 announcement regarding switching to pve-no-subscription, consider this resolved
