RAM problems on VM

I'm having RAM problems on a VM where a website runs, with almalinux installed, I can't find the operating system info, and the proxmox info, something doesn't match

Did you enable ballooning for the VM?

I don't know what it is, and what it's for, where should I look?

ok, I checked and it's active, but what should the value be?

 

[Impact]

The default is on and that is usually fine. PVE also counts cache for linux guests and there's many many threads about this.
