Hello everyone,

I’m running Proxmox VE 9.0.6 and I’ve noticed an issue with memory management.
When I shut down a Windows 11 VM, the RAM that was allocated to that VM remains marked as used on the node. The memory is only freed after I reboot the whole node.

Tried on
Proxmox VE 8.4 ( 6.8.12-11)
Proxmox VE 9.0.6 ( 6.8.12-14, 6.8.12-11, 6.8.4-2)

The issue persists in all cases.
If I try to start the vm with 6.14.11-1 on proxmox 9, the entire node crash

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Could this be a bug or some configuration issue on my side?

Thank you
