Ram allocation problem

Hello

I've a problem with the proxmox ram management.
I've installed a Windows 10 VM with VirtIO drivers and the ballooning driver.
After that I've enabled "dynamic memory allocation".
I've set it to minimum 1GB and maximum 4GB.

On the VM overwiew it displays the real used memory, but at the host it fills the ram with 4GB instead of only what the VM is currently using.

I've attached some pictures for better understanding.

Does anybody knows how to fix this or is it a bug?

Hi,
this is normal Windows take all Ram and say it is free.
but it is not.
