Hi,
I recently started to setup a 10+ node lab cluster. Due to the very dynamic demand of compute resources I am shutting down majority of these nodes frequently always leaving at least 3 or an other odd amount of them running. I ran into an issue when I do this where quorum prohibits interaction with VM's/containers when majority of the nodes are shut down.
Is there any way to make quorum "elastic" where the amount of expected votes would adjust with the amount of active nodes? Like maintenance mode on ESXi. I did read that you can set this by hand with

pvecm expected
but this seems far from ideal.
