Hi, I am new to proxmox and I want to know, is it possible to use proxmox without paying money? If yes, what features should I get after paying money (excluding support). I mean by features, some thing like backups, high availabity, ........etc. I appreciate your help. Thanks.

Hi, welcome!
you can use all tech features of proxmox for free, there is nothing restricted. even forum support is free
but if you can, you should at least buy the community subscription, really cheap, to help the project, access enterprise repositories, and avoid the login message about not having a subscription.
enterprise repositories are only "more old, but stable and tested" packages, so other (free) repositories have more recent (even beta/testing) features and packages versions, but those could be not "production ready".
