Question on Setting the Quorum number in pve4.

Is there a way to set the Quorum number in pve4 ?
I would like to have multiple servers loaded with proxmox and added to the cluster but turned off until needed IE: if the cluster needs grown or if hardware fails. But when I do that, as I add them to the cluster, they increase the required Quorum number. So when I have the majority of them offline, Quora number is not achievable

You can try to set 'quorum_votes' for those nodes to '0' (/etc/pve/corosync.conf).
