Question about ProxMox HA-Cluster basics.

HW RAID 6
3TB HDD
local ext4 LVM-Thin
prox server 2
HW RAID 6
3TB HDD
local ext4 LVM-Thin
prox server 3
JBOD
1TB HDD
local ext4 LVM-Thin
external server 4
backup
HW RAID
30TB HDD
All behind industrial "mega" UPS
All ProxMox 5 latest
prox 1, 2, 3 servers are in Cluster
prox 1 and 2 are in HA Group
prox 3 acts as Quorum
Fencing with switches and iDRACK
Full etc backups.

To make things not complicated lets say I install on Prox 1 - VM100 - Windows 10 (e.g. 100GB).
Question:
How can I achieve minimum downtime when my Prox 1 fails and Prox 2 takes over and I run same VM100 Windows 10 where I left off when it failed?

No point of extra NFS obvously because I have powerful Servers and HDDs and I running only Windows 10.
Dont want any software raid-like filesystems on top of my HW RAID.

Do I need somekind of near real-time replication?
Do I need install / clone VM100 to Prox 2 server and I can / must think of utilizing snapshots better or backup?
