qemu-kvm youtube playback stuttering

Hi guys,
I am currently trying to get youtube playback to run smoothly on my Windows-VMs but I am having an major issue here:
- qxl, spice vdagent installed
- qemu guest agent installed
- all latest drivers are installed (latest virtio, tried also stable)
still, youtube playback is stuttering.
server hardware:
PRIMERGY RX300 S8
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 v2 @ 2.60GHz
