Hi,
I have been doing some tests of migrating VM guests from VMWARE ESXI to Proxmox VE 8.2 and so far have excellent results.
I've even migrated a few "legacy" guest VMs kept on isolated networks that run the very end of life and obsolete Centos 5 Linux - from old ESXI 5.5 hosts also kept on isolated networks.
These work fine, but I was wondering if there is a way to install the qemu guest agent on them? or are they too old?
It's fine if not, as they are running well, but it would be handy to have the guest IP address reported to proxmox.
regards,
