Great, especially considering that proxmox is still on 1.4.x, and there is also all the 1.5 improvements:

They told in a thread that Proxmox 3.1 would have included kvm 1.6, but I've the feeling that they are going to release it still on 1.4, just hope 1.6 will be added soon after.

yes, proxmox 3.1-> qemu 1.4.

qemu 1.6 for next release .(backup patches need to be reworked for qemu 1.5)
