Wondering if will be included directly on Proxmox 3.0 launch and what improvements some features will bring to it, like
"Websocket connections can now be encrypted with TLS" means we can abandon the Java stuff for vnc now? (I know spice is the long term solution, but seems to never arrive)
Also: "USB device passthrough has been rewritten to use libusb", will the passthrough setup change or is just an "internal" improvement, tansparent from the user point of view?
Qcow2 snapshot should be faster, and live migration *much* faster.
Hope virtio drivers for Windows guest will work reliable, and so the device emulated (i.e. for qemu 1.4.1 I had win2k client loose connectivity with rtl8139, reproducible with iperfl, worked fine with <= 1.4, or whatever was in proxmox 2.3 at the beginning)

No. We will use 1.4.1 for 3.0.

Been new to Proxmox i don't really know how fast your release cycle is. Any idea on when you would expect Qemu 1.5 to released in a version of Proxmox? I understand it would be a very rough guess but just interested to know.

Nice. Do you expect it to be month till you get to 3.1 or a year or more? Guess it does not matter too much just interested.

Also liking 3.0 RC2 great job. I have a few issues but i am starting to think they are not Proxmox but firmware (i hope)
