Hello,

Ive got iSCSI LUN + lvm group over that to create virtual server disks in it. My problem is that I can choose only raw filesystem. Why is it done in such a way and how can i change change it to files/ or qcow2 ?

It is really annoying to install machines manually, instead of cloning the filesystem.

yes, there is no filesystem on the LVM volumes.

else you would need a shared storage filesystem like ocfs, or gfs.

not possible.

You can also clone the logical volume.
