PVE8 USB enclosure shows previous HDD disk-id

1. I have 2 USB enclosures with Toshiba and WDC (Western Digital) HDDs
2. For logistical reasons, I swapped the HDDs and their enclosures recently
3. So now, when I plugged in the USB enclosure with Toshiba, it shows up with the WDC disk-id `/dev/disk/by-id/usb-WDC_WD10_SPZX-00Z10T0_000000000068-0:0`
4. Not only that, I can't mount the drive
5. What is going on......???

For some unexplainable reason, the enclosure remembered the WDC... my eyes literally popped out when I saw WDC in the BIOS when the Toshiba was plugged in. I managed to get it to forget by putting a HGST into it, now my Toshiba works with it.
