Dear Proxmox Community and Team,
I’d like to preface this issue by mentioning I have been using PVE for a while now and am thoroughly impressed with the quality of software and amount of flexibility it provides in comparison with other closed-source solutions.
Recently, my PVE node crashed all VMs and threw an error in console over HDMI:
I assumed this was just an unusual crash, so I pressed the power button to shut the PVE host down and got these errors:
I then decided to use the force reboot button on the chassis.
This time round I noticed it booted but was complaining about these errors:

I then checked the zpool health, and got this:

I’m not sure what the vm-100-state-dnsbl file links to (dnsbl = dns blocklist?) or if it’s safe to delete and allow PVE to regenerate it.
I’ve tried restoring from snapshots to no avail, and also VM100 has 2 NICs passed through to it, and there’s never been issues with it complaining about vfio_bar_restore.
Any help would be appreciated, and thank you for your time! I’m open to any questions or pointers you guys have.
