pve cluster - Ticket authentication failed - invalid ticket - resolved

Fresh installation of Proxmox ve 1.6, 2 node. first node have 2 vm, second node slean - just installed.
Trying to create cluster looking to http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_Cluster
on first node performed "pveca -c", on second -

proxmox2:~# pveca -a -h 1.1.1.1
cluster node successfully created

after creation second (just added node) :

proxmox2:~# pveca -l
CID----IPADDRESS----ROLE-STATE--------UPTIME---LOAD----MEM---DISK
 1 : 1.1.1.1     M     S           00:03   0.00     8%     2%
 2 : 1.1.1.2     N     S           00:03   0.23     3%     4%

on master node:

proxmox:~# pveca -l

 2 : 1.1.1.2     N     ERROR: Ticket authentication failed - invalid ticket 'root::root::1285691143::ad1e4b5dc97daaae62bfd63bca560b79eac5dad0'

I delete cluster, as described in wiki, and create again. Result is the same.
How to make a work cluster?

upd:

solved itself after apt-get upgrade and ntp configuration on second node
