The above are the PVE3 ready templates that can be easily made for use with PVE 1.x by uncommenting one line in the Makefile.
These templates (and their DAB Build Files) are available with support by Planettel, Singapore. Those in India can contact MnMServe.
The eGroupware v14.1.20140812 template is the latest in this repertoire that uses curl to run thru the web installer (as their cli automated mode is not yet ready for this version) on first boot. PEAR comes updated to v1.9.5 in the template itself along with Horde-pear packages using completely offline means.
