PVE 2.3 with problems of network on bridge (Bug)

Please excuse me if I don't the right thing, just try to be ordered.

PVE 2.3 have a problem of network, and any applications can not work well compared with a physical host.

For better understand of the problem with a clear example please see this link, but please understand that that example is applicable for any OS and aplications with special functions on network, ie the name of that thread should be called PVE VMs with network problems:

I would get a response from its developers, but being a very complex problem, not whether there will be a prompt solution.

And in any case, in my opinion PVE is the best solution Open Source for make VMs (I am delighted with PVE), many thanks to PVE team developers !!!!

I answer to myself:
My problem was in that the program Skype for use with a Microsoft account use the proxy of Internet Explorer, and i forget disable the proxy of Internet Explorer. Now I don't have any problems, Skype works well in any mode.

I want to apologize for this false alarm, like any human being I make mistakes, I hope don't have caused discomfort. (Maybe this thread helps serve someone with a similar problem).
